We also establish a solid lessons register from similar past projects to start with a wealth of knowledge.

A great strategy needs powerful tools. I will set up a complete digital project environment using Google Workspace. This isn't just a folder; it's a fully integrated operational toolkit including:

A collaborative and digital workspace for the team.

Custom request forms for changes and issues.

A shared task manager for tracking progress.

A central repository for all documents.

A private, ready-to-use website for the project management team, containing all project components, tools, registers, logs, and report templates.

Empowering Your Project Team

The process culminates in a seamless handover designed to empower your team. I provide dedicated training sessions for the incoming Project Manager and key team members. This training covers both the practical application of PRINCE2 for managing the project's delivery and the hands-on skills needed to operate all the digital tools we've put in place. My commitment can continue with ongoing support, acting as a strategic advisor to help you navigate challenges and provide project assurance.
