My story is one of connecting cultures and ideas, a path that's led me from France and Spain to my new home here in Wellington. At my core, I'm a problem-solver. I love diving into complex challenges and finding a clear path forward, turning big ideas into tangible results.
While I have the official certifications (like PRINCE2®) and a background in demanding industries like aerospace and rail , my real value comes from being the bridge between your vision and the technical team. My journey started with a Master's in Robotics and hands-on coding, so I speak their language. This means your goals won't get lost in translation, and we can build innovative solutions that truly work for you.
For me, a project is always about people. I’ve learned from leading international teams across Europe that the best results come from open communication and truly understanding different perspectives. I make it my mission to listen, manage expectations, and create a collaborative environment where everyone can do their best work. Being fluent in both French and English certainly helps!
My curiosity doesn't switch off after work. I'm currently fascinated by the cultural nuances between my old homes and my new one, so much so that I'm writing a guide about it. I also enjoy sharing knowledge, which is why I'm turning my project management course into an e-learning program. And when I really need to unplug, you'll find me out cycling, dancing West Coast Swing, or hitting the ski slopes.
